CAR Magazine – Editorial LayoutThis layout presented a unique opportunity: to capture the enduring allure of a vintage automobile while maintaining a clean, contemporary reading experience. The goal was to let the craftsmanship and character of the vehicle take center stage, achieved through carefully curated, high-resolution photography that told a story with every frame.
I employed a precise grid system and generous white space to give the visuals room to breathe, ensuring the accompanying text enhanced the narrative without distraction. A restrained colour palette and elegant, consistent typography were chosen to evoke a sense of classic sophistication, reflecting the timeless design of the subject matter.
This project was a study in balance — between form and function, nostalgia and modernity — resulting in a layout that is both visually compelling and editorially refined, paying tribute to the heritage of automotive design in a way that resonates with CAR magazine’s audience.

CAR Magazine – Consumer Feature LayoutThis multi-page spread explores “The Future of Mobility”, translating a forward-looking, abstract concept into a clear and compelling visual experience. The challenge was to distill complexity into clarity — crafting a layout that not only informs but excites a tech-savvy, design-conscious audience.
Page one sets the tone with a dynamic visual collage, capturing the energy and momentum of modern mobility. Abstract and photographic elements work together to reflect innovation and movement.
Page two introduces structure through a modular layout, enabling the reader to digest key insights quickly. Thoughtful spacing and typographic hierarchy support legibility and content flow.
Page three features a grid of cutting-edge car imagery, accompanied by concise supporting text that reinforces the overarching narrative of innovation.
Throughout the design, a minimal, modern aesthetic ensures visual clarity while projecting a future-forward tone. This project highlights my ability to communicate complex themes through structured, accessible, and engaging design, aligning editorial storytelling with visual strategy.
